OK so I decided to go ahead and start my insanity workout and I have to say that even though it is just the first day I can tell I will be getting the most insane results. The fit test was difficult for me because I'm so out of shape, my legs and thighs are sore and I was only halfway through the workout...I'm wondering if the fit test was this intense, how is the actual workout going to be. But anyway here's how it went...
